You can manage your card and order a PIN reminder via the PTSB app or through Open24 online banking.
To view your Visa Debit Card PIN, please visit the PTSB app and follow the below steps:
In app, navigate to Manage Cards and PINs > View Card PIN > Select Continue to authenticate > Enter 3 digits of your Personal Access number > Select "Hold to view PIN".

If you enter your PIN incorrectly three times, your card will be blocked, meaning you won't be able to make any further transactions where the PIN is required. To unblock your Visa Debit Card via the PTSB app, follow these steps:
Manage Cards and PINs > Unblock Card > View Card PIN > Enter 3 requested digits of your PAN > Hold button to view PIN
This will automatically unblock your card. If you continue to experience issues with your PIN after unblocking it via the app, please use the PIN Unlock option at a PTSB ATM or perform a cash withdrawal at any ATM. Find a Branch or ATM.

If you have blocked your Visa Credit Card by entering the PIN incorrectly, you will need to call us on 0818 502 424 and we will begin the process to unblock your Visa Credit Card.
If you have forgotten or blocked your Visa Debit, Student or Deposit Card PIN, you can instantly view or unblock it through the PTSB app. You can locate this feature via the 'Manage Cards and PINs' section. Alternatively you can order a PIN Reminder or unblock your Visa Debit, Student or Deposit Card PIN via the Open24 desktop site. You can also order a replacement PIN for your Visa Credit Card.

If you have blocked your Visa Debit Card or Deposit Card by entering the PIN incorrectly but know what it is, requesting a PIN reminder will also unblock your Visa Debit Card or Deposit Card.
Please note: If you order a PIN reminder to unblock your Visa Debit Card or Deposit Card, if done before 5pm today you will be able to use the card again after 12am tonight (only if the PIN is unblocked between 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday. If the card is unlocked AFTER 6pm on a Friday it will unlock on Monday at Midnight). Once completed you will receive your reminder PIN in the post in 3 to 5 working days.
You can report your Visa Debit Card lost or stolen via Open24 on your desktop, laptop or tablet, just follow these steps.
