About our Graduate Talent Programme

The Graduate Talent Programme is designed to support graduates’ professional and personal growth by giving them exposure to different rotations across PTSB. Through these rotations, graduates gain valuable insight into the business, broaden their experience and build the skills needed to start their career with confidence.

We offer a range of streams, each providing a pathway into the business and the opportunity to build experience in an area that aligns with your interests, strengths and ambitions:

Graduates are supported by:

• A Line Manager, who provides day-to-day guidance.
• An assigned buddy, who can help them settle into the team and answer practical questions.
• The wider graduate network made up of current and previous graduates, creating opportunities to share experiences, ask questions and stay connected throughout the programme.
• Employee resource groups whose aim is to enable employees to join together based on shared characteristics or life experiences.
• A dedicated programme contact available for any programme-related queries or support needed along the way.
• A dedicated graduate development programme, a best in class learning and career development platform, and educational training/assistance.
