To be considered for the Graduate Programme candidates must have graduated with a minimum result of a 2:1 Second Class Honours, Grade 1 (60 – 69%) honours Bachelor’s Degree (NFQ Level 8) or be on track to achieve a 2:1 honours Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent during the time period outlined on the Role Profile.
Additionally, candidates must be legally entitled to work in the Republic of Ireland without restriction1 for the duration of the programme.
1Without restriction refers to candidates who: (i) will have a visa in place which will be valid for the full duration of their chosen programme without any change in permission type required; and (ii) do not require any financial sponsorship from PTSB of work visa for the duration of the programme.
Our Graduate Programme runs for 24 months, with the exception of our Accounting and Finance Graduate Stream which runs for 42 months. The programme consists of periodic rotations, structured towards enabling graduates to gain insight and exposure to different teams and roles.
