You can report your Visa Debit Card lost or stolen through the PTSB App or Open24 Online banking on your desktop, laptop or tablet. This will allow you to cancel and order a replacement.
Please note there is a €5.00 charge for a replacement Visa Debit Card due to being lost/stolen.
Report my card lost or stolen through the PTSB App:
- Log in to the PTSB App.
- Select the "Cards" Tab.
- Choose "Lost or Stolen Card".
- From here, you can cancel your existing card and order a new card.
- You can also choose to keep your old PIN, or receive a new PIN. Learn more about managing your PIN.
Report my card lost or stolen through Open24 Online Banking:
- Log in to Open24 Online Banking. (This cannot be done on a mobile device. Please use a desktop computer, laptop or tablet).
- Select "Do More" on the top right corner of the page.
- Under "Card Maintenance", you can select to cancel and replace a lost or stolen Visa Debit Card.
- Select which card you wish to replace. You’ll then see a notice informing you of important information and related fees if applicable.
- You will then be asked to confirm the card cancellation.
- Once completed, your card will be cancelled and you will receive your new card and PIN within 5 to 7 working days. These will arrive separately.

Important information
If your Debit Card is replaced as damaged or due to natural expiry, you will need to allow up to 2 business days for it to update in your Digital Wallet. You will be unable to use your Digital Wallet during this period.
If your Debit Card is replaced as lost or stolen, it will update automatically in your Digital Wallet.
A replacement card will take 5 to 7 working days to be received.
