Replace my damaged card

You can replace a damaged Visa Debit Card through the PTSB App or Open24 Online Banking on your desktop, laptop or tablet. 

 

Replace my damaged card through the PTSB App:

  1. Log in to the PTSB App
  2. Select the "Cards" tab.
  3. Select "Replace Damaged Card".
  4. Follow the remaining steps on screen.

 

Replace my damaged card through Open24 Online Banking:

  1. Log in to Open24 Online Banking on a desktop, laptop or tablet.
  2. Select "Other Services" on the left-hand navigation bar.
  3. Select "Do More".
  4. Under the Card Maintenance option, select "Replace a damaged Visa Debit Card".
  5. Once completed you will receive your new card within 5 to 7 working days. 

 

Important information

If your Debit Card is replaced as damaged or due to natural expiry, you will need to allow up to 2 business days for it to update in your Digital Wallet. You will be unable to use your Digital Wallet during this period.

If your Debit Card is replaced as lost or stolen, it will update automatically in your Digital Wallet.

Please destroy your old card when you receive your new Visa Debit Card.

A replacement card will take 5 to 7 working days to be received..
