We will need to get some documents from you if you’re applying for a Mortgage with PTSB to help us meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
These are the minimum requirements, and PTSB may seek further documentation.

Acceptable proof of address |
Your proof of address must have your full name and address on it. The name must match the name on your ID. Initials are not accepted. Some documents that we cannot accept: Mobile phone bills, receipts, invoices, motor tax correspondence and TV license. |
Acceptable proof of PPSN |
A PPSN is the number used by Revenue Commissioners to identify tax payers in Ireland. We are required by law to collect and verify this information. You may be asked to provide proof of PPSN with the following documents:

All applicants will be required to provide acceptable proof of compliance with the €75,000 minimum income requirement. Income may be verified with reference to one or more of the following:
