Draw terms and conditions:

1. Entrants must be 18 years of age or over.
2. Permanent TSB plc will hold three separate draws, one in each of its three regions (South and East, North and West and Dublin), from 07 September 2026 until 3pm on 12 September 2026 (the “Qualifying Period”). Each draw will have one prize comprising a €1,000 One4all voucher. Each draw will be governed by these terms.
3. There will be no cash alternative to the prizes on offer.
4. A prize will be awarded in each regional draw to the winning entrant who enters the draws at a participating PTSB branch (a “Branch Promotion”) during the Qualifying Period.
5. To enter one of the draws, the entrant must complete the contact details on the form and give the entry form to a member of PTSB staff at a Branch Promotion.
6. Closing date for the draws is 3pm on Saturday the 12th September 2026. It is not a requirement of the draws to purchase a PTSB product or service.
7. A winner will be selected for each regional draw. The winner of each draw will be the first entrant randomly chosen from all entrants who have entered the draws at a Branch Promotion during the Qualifying Period.
8. PTSB reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the draws or vary these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
9. Only one entry per person is permitted. An entrant may enter only the draw for the region in which they submit their entry and may not enter multiple regional draws during the Qualifying Period.
10. No responsibility will be accepted by PTSB in relation to the use of the prize.
11. The use of the One4all vouchers will be subject to the voucher conditions, which are available at: One4all Terms and Conditions.
12. By entering a draw for this prize, the entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
13. The three draws for the prize will take place on the morning of Thursday, 17th September 2026 at PTSB, 56-59 St. Stephen’s Green, Dublin 2, D02 H489, Ireland and the winner will be notified immediately thereafter. The winner may collect the prize at a PTSB branch of the winner’s choice after 11am on Thursday 24th September 2026 (the winner must indicate from which branch the winner will be collecting the prize when advised the winner has won the prize and allowance of time by the winner must be made to enable delivery of the prize to the branch selected). Any expense incurred by the winner in the collection of the prize will be the responsibility of the winner.
14. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, PTSB reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and the prize will be forfeited. In such case, another winner will be chosen for the relevant regional draw.
15. The employees of PTSB are not eligible to enter the draw.
16. PTSB reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions in its absolute discretion as PTSB may require.
17. Personal data: Your personal details will be collected by PTSB but will not be disclosed outside PTSB. Your personal details will be used to inform you if you are the winner of the draw, and, where you have indicated on this form, to contact you regarding PTSB product(s). Your details will be held by us for a period commencing with the date on which you handed in the entry form and ending 6 weeks after the 24th September 2026. Where you have requested information in relation to PTSB product(s), PTSB will seek to contact you up to 6 weeks from the time you handed in the form using the details you have provided. You may request a copy of any personal data that we hold about you and to have inaccuracies in that data corrected, by writing to Data Access Request, Document Management Control, PTSB, 56-59 St Stephen’s Green, Dublin 2.
