Marketing Communications, also known as Direct Marketing, can be email, phone, app, online banking, or letter communications from us about PTSB product features, benefits, services and offers.

What to expect from PTSB Marketing Communications

If you choose to be contacted, we’ll be in touch from time to time to help you make the most of your banking experience with us.

  • Make sure you’re getting the most of your account benefits and offers.
  • Enjoy tailored communications to suit your evolving banking needs.
  • Keep updated about new products available to you.

You can also choose to be contacted by our selected partners, for example Visa, about products, services and offers.


How to manage your Marketing Communications

You can manage how you’d like to be contacted by:

  • App: Log in to your PTSB app > Go to "Settings & Security’" > Select "Marketing Communications".
  • Phone: Give us a call on 0818 50 24 24 or +353 1 212 4101 (from abroad). Lines are open 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), and from 10am to 2pm, Saturday and Sunday.
  • Branch: Visit your local branch.
  • Email: If you already receive marketing emails you can click "unsubscribe" at the bottom of any marketing email to opt out of emails only.
  • Post: Write to us, free of charge, at:

Your Marketing Communications settings do not affect service communications related to important information, service level updates, and essential changes regarding your banking.
