Printing and saving Webpages for offline use

Printing a Webpage

You can print any page from this site using your browser’s built-in print controls. The process varies slightly depending on your device.

Desktop and Laptop:

  • Windows: Press Ctrl + P on your keyboard, or open your browser menu (the three dots in the top right corner) and select Print.
  • Mac: Press Command + P on your keyboard, or open the File menu in your browser and choose Print.
  • In the print window, review the preview and adjust the printer, pages, layout, and colour settings as needed before clicking Print.

Phones and Tablets:

On most mobile browsers, open the browser menu (look for Share or the three dots), and select Print or Print… Then choose your printer or “Save as PDF”.

If your browser does not offer a print option, take a screenshot of the page and print the image from your device’s Photos or Gallery app.

If Printing Does Not Look Right

  • Use Print Preview to check how many pages will print and whether any content is cut off.
  • Adjust the orientation (portrait or landscape), scale, or margins in the print settings to improve how the page fits on paper.

  • In your browser’s print settings, you can disable headers and footers if you prefer not to include them in your PDF.
  • Most browsers allow you to adjust the scale, orientation (portrait or landscape), and margins to control how the page fits on the PDF.
