To apply for a Personal Loan online, you must be a PTSB customer registered for Open24 Online Banking. If you have not registered for Open24, follow this guide to get set up.
If you are an existing PTSB customer, and your loan application is approved, you will then need to submit proof of your Personal Public Service Number (PPSN), if we do not have this on file.
