eStatements now part of Digital Correspondence

We’re making some changes to how customers receive information from us, by introducing Digital Correspondence.

What is Digital Correspondence?

Digital Correspondence allows customers to receive some banking information and notifications by email instead of paper mail. This service will begin rolling out from 23 June 2025, with more document types being added over time, including delivery through Online Banking and the PTSB App from the 31 July 2025.

Digital Correspondence includes:

  • Letters as an email attachment: Some letters may be sent to you as an email attachment. For example: If you open an Online Deposit Account after 23 June 2025, we will email your account Opening Letter as an attachment. For your security, any letters sent as an email attachment containing your personal information will be password protected.
  • eStatement: This is a digital version of your bank statement. Instead of receiving it by post, it will be available to view and download securely through your PTSB App or Online Banking.

What do I need to do?

If you’ve already been registered for Digital Correspondence, you don’t need to do anything. If you’d prefer to continue receiving paper statements and letters, please contact us on 0818 50 24 24 or +353 1 212 4841 (from abroad). Lines are open from 9am-5pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
