eStatements now part of Digital Correspondence

We’re making some changes to how customers receive information from us, by introducing Digital Correspondence.

What is Digital Correspondence?

Digital Correspondence allows customers to receive some banking information and notifications by email instead of post, through Online Banking and the PTSB App.

Digital Correspondence includes:

  • Letters as an email attachment: Some letters may be sent to you as an email attachment.  For your security, any letters sent as an email attachment containing your personal information will be password protected.
Learn more about the full list of letters.
  • eStatement: This is a digital version of your bank statement. Instead of receiving it by post, it will be available to view and download securely through your PTSB App or Online Banking. All eligible customers on an account will be able to view eStatements.

What do I need to do?

If you’ve already been registered for Digital Correspondence, you don’t need to do anything. If you’d prefer to continue receiving paper statements and letters, please contact us by:
