Switching to the new Explore Account is easy and we're here to help you along the way. If you open your new Explore Account in-app, once you submit your application, we will send you a welcome email which will include a switch form.
When we confirm your account is active, you can drop it in to any branch or post it back using our free postal address.
Alternatively, if you haven't yet opened your Explore account in-app, to switch your current account you can book an appointment in your local branch where we can begin the switch with you in person.
Each Direct Debit partner is offering a certain percentage. This is not capped; you will receive the qualifying percentage off your full Direct Debit paid.
No, your Direct Debit will bill for the full amount and you will receive your cashback on the 1st working day of each month with the exception of Circle K where your 4c discount is taken at point of sale with your Circle K Fuel Card and your Direct Debit will bill weekly.
There will be a My Rewards tab within your Open24 Online Banking where you can view cashback earned as well as cashback due.
