As part of the Ulster Bank transaction, PTSB acquired 25 Ulster Bank Branch locations around Ireland, demonstrating our continued commitment to serving communities around the country.
This page outlines details of the branch locations PTSB has acquired, when branch transformation works will take place and what this means for Ulster Bank customers.
It’s important to note if you are an Ulster Bank Customer and your local branch location has been acquired by PTSB, that Current Accounts, Deposit/Savings Accounts, Credit Cards, personal loans or any other transactional products, will not transfer to PTSB. Customers are required to take action and find a new provider. Find out more about PTSB products.
Over the coming months certain branches will undergo further transformation works and during this time, these branches will close for a brief period of time. The affected branches are detailed below:

PTSB’s standard branch opening hours are from 10.00 am - 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Cash desks in full-service branches are open from 10.00 am - 3.00 pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), including lunch hours.
