Online shopping for app users

When making a purchase with online shopping, you will be asked to authenticate with your PTSB mobile app.

If you do not have the PTSB mobile app, please follow these instructions instead.

This service requires push notifications on your mobile device. If you are having issues with push notifications, please follow these instructions.

  1. On the authentication screen, select your mobile number and select Continue to proceed.

  2. A push notification will be sent to your registered mobile device. Tap on it to proceed.

  3. Review the payment details and tap Continue to proceed. 

  4. Enter the three requested digits of your six digit Personal Access Number (PAN).

  5. Once the authentication is successful, tap Done.

  6. Return to the authentication screen on the merchant website or app.

  7. Select Submit to proceed with your authenticated purchase.
