We know that some customers are finding it difficult to keep up with their mortgage repayments and may miss repayments – so arrears can build up.

Pay your mortgage arrears securely

We’ve introduced an easy way for you to make payments towards any arrears.

You can complete the mortgage payments form to make a secure payment to your mortgage using your Visa or Mastercard Debit Card. The payment will be used to reduce or clear the arrears on your mortgage account.

You cannot use this form in the following circumstances:

• If your mortgage is not in arrears, call our Open24 Mortgage team on 0818 502 424 or +353 1 212 4101 (from abroad), Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (excluding Bank Holidays).
• If you took out your mortgage with Ulster Bank and it was acquired by PTSB, call our Former UB Mortgage team on 0818 200 120 or +353 61 232 717 (from abroad), Monday to Friday, 8.45am to 6pm (excluding Bank Holidays)
