eStatements are a secure and convenient way to receive your account statements through the PTSB app and by desktop through Open24 Online Banking, replacing the need for paper statements by post.
Your eStatement gives you a view of your account, including transactions, fees and balances.

In order to view your eStatements, you must first register your account. You can view your eStatements in the PTSB app or on your desktop using Open24 Online Banking. Find out how to register for eStatements.

Yes, use your PDF viewer's printing options to print your eStatements.
Unfortunately, some exclusions apply for certain product types where it is a joint account. Only eligible accounts will be available to view when you’re registering for eStatements online.

Please note: A duplicate statement fee is charged at €2.50 per page. This is capped at €20 per individual account request.
