Withdraw Within Your 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Please complete the form below so we can process your withdrawal request.

Please enter the cooling‑off expiry date provided in the reminder SMS or letter you received. This date is issued by the Bank and allows us to confirm that your request falls within the 14‑day cooling‑off period.

Joint Account Important Information

If you are requesting to withdraw from a joint account, each account holder must complete and submit a separate form. Please note that each customer is required to individually select the Withdraw within your 14‑day cooling‑off period option and submit the form separately. We can only accept and action the withdrawal request once both forms have been received and within 14-day period.

Confirmation

 

**Important Information** If you choose to withdraw, you must repay the amount of credit drawn down, together with interest accrued up to the date of repayment. This repayment must be made within 30 calendar days of the date you notify us of your decision to withdraw.
