We value customer feedback and as a result, we’ve made some changes to our PTSB app to bring our customers a smoother, faster and more intuitive banking experience. With a quicker login, refreshed design and improved navigation, managing your everyday banking is now quicker and easier than ever.

Log in to your app quicker than ever, using biometric login or your Personal Access Number (PAN).
We’ve added new features and updated navigation, so it’s easier to find your way around the app. You can now:
Your new account screen layout makes it easier to find your current and available balance, with a new and more prominent display.
Current balance is now the main balance shown, in a bigger font at the top of your account screen. This is the total money in your account, not including pending transactions such as Debit Card payments or any approved Overdraft facility. It includes cheques in clearing.
If you have a PTSB Credit Card, you’ll now see your next payment due date and available credit on your account home screen. If you want to see more such as your outstanding balance, simply tap on your Credit Card Account - from here you can pay your bill, review your transactions and more.
