The PTSB App will receive a mandatory technical update at midnight on 22 September 2025. This is to ensure customer receive the best possible mobile app experience.

To continue using your app, you need to update to version 12.4 or above, before midnight on 22 September 2025. Customers can check if they have the latest app version by visiting the App Store on iOS or the Play Store on Android.

If you do not update your app to version 12.4 or above, before 22 September 2025, you will not be able to access the app.

If you delete and re-install your PTSB App, instead of updating from your App Store or Play Store, you will be required to log in using your Open24 number and internet password. Your Open24 number is located on your visa debit card. If you forgot your password, view our step-by-step guide on how to reset it

Remember PTSB will never call, email or text you asking for you to share your full 6-digit Personal Access Number (PAN), Open24 number or password.
