On Monday 21 July there will be an update in the PTSB app for iOS and Android users. To continue using your app, please ensure you update to the latest software available on your device and the latest app version available (version 12.1) in your app store before this date. You can check if you have the latest app version by visiting the App Store on iOS or the Play Store on Android.

If you do not update your app to version 12.1 before Monday 21 July 2025, you will not be able to access the app until you update to version 12.1.

If you don’t see version 12.1 of the PTSB App in your App Store or Play Store, simply follow the steps outlined in the iOS app store support guide or the Android Play Store support guide. Once completed, the latest app version 12.1 will be available for you to update to.

If you delete and re-install your PTSB App, instead of updating from your app store, you will be required to log in using your Open24 number and internet password. Your Open24 number is located on your visa debit card. If you forgot your password, view our step-by-step guide on how to reset it

Remember PTSB will never call, email or text you asking for you to share your full 6-digit Personal Access Number (PAN), Open24 number or password.
