Our Support Chat service can now be accessed through the PTSB App for mobile and tablet. Download the PTSB App today to get started.
Accessing our Support Chat
Once you have downloaded and installed the latest version of the PTSB App:
- Simply log in.
- Tap the menu icon (three lines) in the top left hand corner of the home screen.
- Select "Help and Information".
- and then "Support Chat" to message us.
Our Chatbot can answer common queries and point you in the right direction. If you want to speak with a member of our team select "Other Services", then "Additional Support", then select "Yes".
Our Support Chat opening hours
- With our Support Team: 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays), and from 10am to 2pm on Saturdays.
- With our Chatbot: Available 24/7 to provide answers to common queries.
