New functionality is being introduced in the PTSB app to help you do more with your mortgage, including the ability to renew your mortgage rate directly in-app.
This feature is currently being rolled out on a phased basis, starting with single borrower mortgage accounts. Over the coming months, this will be extended to all customers, including those with joint mortgages.
If your current rate is due to expire within the next 60 days and this feature is available to you, you can choose your new rate directly in your PTSB app by following these steps:
Please ensure notifications are enabled on your device for the PTSB app, notification settings can usually be found directly in your phone’s Settings. Please contact your device manufacturer if you are unsure how to enable notifications on your phone.
You will also receive a copy of your rate options by post. If you prefer, you can select your new rate by completing and returning the form you will receive with your rate options letter. If you choose to return the form by post, there is no need to choose your new rate in-app.
