Jam Card

• The Just A Minute (JAM) Card is an initiative by the NOW Group, a social enterprise that supports people with learning difficulties and autism. It provides people with communication barriers with a discreet, non-verbal way of asking for a minute of patience when they need it. JAM Card users will be able to show their JAM Card or app in any PTSB branch across Ireland, with staff on hand to ensure they can accommodate the needs of these customers.
  
  

Autism Friendly Branches

• At PTSB everything we do is built on a better understanding of our customers as we work to provide a better and more inclusive everyday banking experience for customers in communities all around Ireland. We understand that from time to time some customers may require additional supports with their everyday banking, including visits to our Branches. That’s why we are proud to have partnered with Ireland’s Autism Awareness Charity, AsIAm to create accredited Autism-friendly in-Branch experiences in a number of our Branch locations.
