Terms and Conditions

1. Eligible Customers are new PTSB home insurance customers who purchase a Qualifying Home Insurance Policy during the promotion period.
2. Qualifying Home Insurance Policy is defined as: Home and Contents Insurance, Contents Only Insurance, Landlords’ Insurance, Renters Insurance and Holiday Home Insurance. 
3. A Qualifying Home Insurance Policy may be purchased or applied for in branch, online or over the phone.
4. Promotion only available where the Qualifying Home Insurance Policy is purchased between 03 November and 14 December 2025 inclusive (the “Promotion Period”).
5. Eligible Customers will be entitled to one keyfob tracking device per Qualifying Home Insurance Policy purchased.
6. Eligible Customers who purchase a Qualifying Home Insurance Policy will receive their keyfob in branch if a policy is sold in branch. Customers that purchase a policy either over the phone or online will receive their device in the post 3 - 10 days after they receive their Insurance documents.
7. PTSB reserves the right to close or extend this promotion before or after 14 December 2025. PTSB makes no warranties of any kind, either express or implied, in respect of the device and will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential issues or loss arising from same.
8. Standard insurance acceptance criteria apply. Calls may be recorded. Call operator charges may vary. This insurance is arranged by permanent tsb p.l.c., a Single Agency Intermediary of Allianz p.l.c. for Home Insurance. PTSB Home Insurance is underwritten by Allianz p.l.c. What is Chipolo POP?

The Chipolo POP is a dual-compatible Bluetooth tracker that works with both Apple's Find My network and Google's Find My Device network.

• Keyhole: Features a built-in keyring hole for direct attachment to items.
• Water resistance: It is IP55-rated for water and dust resistance, which means it is protected from dust and water splashes but is not fully waterproof.
