PTSB has celebrated the opening of its branch in Letterkenny, marking a significant milestone in the Bank’s continued investment in its branch network and highlighting its commitment to local communities.
The branch was formally opened last Thursday at a customer and community event hosted by PTSB Chief Executive Eamonn Crowley, Chief Retail Banking Officer Patrick Farrell and Donegal Territory Manager Tara McDaid.
The event was attended by customers, public representatives, local business leaders and community partners.
This opening represents PTSB’s commitment to serving customers in Donegal and the wider North West region. The branch offers a wide range of personal and business banking services and is staffed by a team of experienced banking professionals.
In addition to PTSB’s new flagship location in Letterkenny, PTSB has four other branches in Co. Donegal, located in Ballybofey, Buncrana, Donegal Town and Killybegs.
“It is a pleasure to be here and to celebrate what is a significant and proud moment in PTSB’s relationship with Letterkenny and the wider county. This new branch is a demonstration of our brand promise of ‘Altogether More Human’, bringing the best of our people and technology together to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Our investment in this branch reflects how much we value the relationship we have here with our personal and business customers.”
“We’re delighted to celebrate the launch of our new flagship location in the heart of Letterkenny alongside our customers, colleagues and local community.
Our team is committed to providing a personal and genuinely helpful experience to customers seeking financial services across both personal and business banking, and we’re looking forward to welcoming both existing and new customers to our new branch.”
In addition to serving personal customers, the Letterkenny branch also supports local entrepreneurs and SMEs through the Bank’s expanding Business Banking offering, which includes tailored lending solutions and advisory support.
The Bank is inviting local residents and businesses to visit the new branch and meet the team over the coming weeks and months.
