Over the Christmas and New Year’s period, payments will be processed as follows:
SEPA Instant payments will continue to be processed within 10 seconds throughout the entire Christmas period, including public holidays.
Payments sent on the 25 and 26 of December will be processed on the 29 December 2025. Those sent on the 1 January will be processed on the 2 January 2026. This is due to Euro clearing and settlement system being closed.
We would advise submitting payments such as salaries or bills with a due date before 19 December 2025, to ensure these are processed prior to the Christmas period.
