We are updating our mobile and tablet banking app to improve our services and features. To provide the highest level of security and safety to our customers using the app, we need to ensure that this update is available on the device versions that support the latest security standards (iOS 13 and above). For this reason, the latest app update (version 10.0) will not be compatible with Apple devices running iOS 12 and below.
If you have an Apple device iOS 12 or below, you can continue to use the old version of the app until October 2023. Alternatively, you can carry out your everyday banking on Open24 Online Banking through desktop (Open24.ie).
