Due to scheduled maintenance, some of our services will be unavailable at times on 5, 7 and 8 October 2017:
- Credit card customers (from both permanent tsb and other banks) will not be able to transact on permanent tsb ATMs from 00:01 to 02.00 on 5 October 2017. permanent tsb debit cards will be unaffected, however please be aware that the majority of external bank debit cards will also be affected.
- Open24 Online Banking, Mobile App and Automated Phone Services will be unavailable between 10.00pm on Saturday 7 and 1.00am on Sunday 8 October.
- Our Visa Debit Card service (both point of sale transactions and ATM transactions) will be unavailable between 5.30am and 6.30am on Sunday 8 October.
If you need to report a card lost or stolen you can still contact us on 1800 687 687 or +353 (1) 212 4290. Lines are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
