Access to Open24 & Business24 Online Banking and Open24 Mobile Banking

From 4 August 2016, some older internet browsers and older mobile phone browsers and operating systems will no longer be permitted to access Open24 & Business24 Online Banking and Open24 Mobile Banking.

The following browsers and mobile operating systems will be affected:

  • Google Chrome – Version 29 and below
  • Mozilla Firefox – Version 27 and below
  • Safari – Version 6 and below
  • Internet Explorer – Version 10 and below
    • Internet Explorer versions 8, 9 and 10 can be supported if TLS 1.2 is enabled in the settings menu. Please consult your browser’s ‘Help’ section for instructions on how to do this.

Mobile Operating Systems
  • Android - Jellybean (4.3) and below
  • Apple iOS5 and below (on iPhone 3 and 4) - please note - future versions of the Open24 App will require iOS 7.1.1 or higher

In some instances you may be able to update your operating system through the settings option on your phone, otherwise you will need to revert to desktop Online Banking through
