As of 30th March, the former Newbridge Credit Union has been integrated into the permanent tsb branch network and the former Newbridge Credit Union website is now no longer available.
All the information you need to know is outlined below.
To open a permanent tsb deposit account, simply drop into your local permanent tsb branch where our staff will be happy to help you open an account with us.
To open an account, please remember to bring along proof of address and identification. Please phone 045 438 210 to make an appointment in advance to avoid any possible delay.
If you have received a bank draft relating to your closed Newbridge Credit Union account which has not yet been negotiated, please note that the draft can be negotiated by lodgement to a bank account or may be cashed in the permanent tsb Newbridge branch or indeed any permanent tsb branch (subject to limits). Please bring along the letter you received and appropriate photo ID.
Customers who make payments by standing order to a share account that is not associated with a loan must cancel the standing order with immediate effect by contacting the issuing bank
From 26th June 2015, any unclaimed funds will be moved to a centralised account. While it will still be possible to claim these funds, the process may be more time-consuming so please get in contact as soon as possible.
Please note that the former Newbridge Credit Union building closed on 27th March.

permanent tsb opening hours are Monday to Friday from 10am to 5pm, with cash services finishing at 3pm.
