Notice of essential maintenance to some Open24 services

Due to essential maintenance, some of our Open24 services will be unavailable this weekend, 24th January 2014 to 26th January 2014.

Telephone Services

The Automated Telephone Service will be unavailable between:

• 8.30pm – 12.00am on Friday 24th January
• 10.00am – 3.00pm on Sunday 26th January

In addition to this, our Customer Service agents will be closing at a slightly earlier time of 8.30 pm on Friday 24th January, with full service resuming at 8am on Monday 27th.

Mobile & Online services

Setting up new transfers

From 8.00am Friday 24th January until 3.00pm on Sunday 26th, the set up of new Third Party transfers online will be unavailable. 

eStatements and Mobile services

From 7.30 pm on Friday 24th until 3.00pm on Sunday 26th, the following Online and Mobile services will be unavailable:

• Mobile phone Top-ups
• eStatements
• SMS Banking
• Emergency Cash

All other services on Open24 Online Banking and on the Open24 Mobile App will be unaffected.
