Statements of Transactions

You will receive a statement of transactions performed on your account at agreed intervals, normally quarterly or yearly. You may request to receive a statement more frequently by contacting Open24. Your statement will specifically identify each individual transaction. Check your account statement regularly. If you have any queries or require clarification, raise these promptly with the branch where you have your account.

You can also view a list of transactions at any time, via Open24. This will include any items authorised but not yet debited. For example, a purchase using your Debit Card or an ATM transaction on a non-PTSB machine.

You can also obtain a list of the last 5 transactions made on your account from any PTSB ATM or SSBM.
