We have designed our APIs in a manner that makes them easy to access and use. These APIs enable independent developers’ software to seamlessly interact with our software systems. The following is an overview  of our APIs.

Account and Transactions

Enable a customer to access information on their payment accounts, such as transactions and balances.  The Account and Transactions API has been developed in line with Opening Banking UK Version 3.1, and supports the following end points:

• Account Access Consents
• Accounts
• Balances
• Transactions
• Beneficiaries
• Direct Debits
• Standing Orders
• Scheduled Payments
• Statements

Payment Initiation

Enable a customer to initiate a payment from their payment accounts. The Payments API has been developed in line with Opening Banking UK Version 3.1, supporting the following end points:

• Domestic Payments
• Domestic Scheduled Payment
• Domestic Standing Orders
• International Payments

Please Note: International Schedule Payments and International Standing Orders are not supported

Confirmation of Funds

The Confirmation of Funds API has been developed in line with Opening Banking UK Version 3.1. The following end points are supported:

• Funds Confirmation Consent
• Funds Confirmation

Dynamic Client Registration

The PTSB Dynamic Client Registration custom API enables a TPP to register an OAuth 2.0 client.
