Your complaint will be logged and investigated as quickly as possible. We will look at all the facts of your complaint and all issues raised on the basis of all the evidence available to us and determine a fair and reasonable outcome.

If you remain dissatisfied with our response, you may refer your complaint to the Financial Services and Pensions Ombudsman (FSPO) who will seek to resolve it through mediation or through investigation and adjudication.
