Our Support Chat service can now be accessed through the PTSB banking app for mobile and tablet. Download the PTSB app today to get started. 


Accessing our Support Chat

Once you have downloaded and installed the latest version (9.1 and above) of the PTSB banking app:

  • Simply log in
  • Tap the menu icon (three lines) in the top left hand corner of the home screen
  • Select "Help and Information"
  • and then "Support Chat" to message us

Please note: Our Support Chat service is exclusively available within the PTSB mobile banking app and is not available through Open24 Online Banking on desktop or laptop.

Our Support Chat opening hours

  • With our Support Agents: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm (Excluding Bank Holidays).
  • With our Chatbot: Available 24/7 to provide answers to common queries.
