I don't have a password

Your mobile device will need to be the one registered to your customer profile.

To reset your password:

  1. Open your PTSB mobile app.

  2. Tap on Settings and Security.

  3. Tap on Reset or Create Password.

  4. Enter a new Open24 password, based on our password rules and criteria.

  5. Re-enter your new password to confirm.

If you are locked out of your online account, or do not have a registered device, please follow these instructions for a temporary password.
