Your mobile device will need to be the one registered to your customer profile.
To reset your password:
- Open your PTSB mobile app.
- Tap on Settings and Security.
- Tap on Reset or Create Password.
- Enter a new Open24 password, based on our password rules and criteria.
- Re-enter your new password to confirm.
If you are locked out of your online account, or do not have a registered device, please follow these instructions for a temporary password.
