Scheduled maintenance notice

Customer update scheduled maintenance Wednesday 29 and Thursday 30 October

We will be completing essential scheduled maintenance across our app and online banking websites from 22:00 Wednesday 29 to 04:00 Thursday 30 October.

The following services will be unavailable during this time, we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause:

  • Open24 and Business24 websites
  • Mobile App
  • eCommerce SCA Challenge services 
  • Open banking (TPP) Account info and payment services 
  • SEPA Instant Credit Transfers

The following services will remain available throughout the maintenance period:

  • Lost/Stolen card helpline - 1800 687 687 or +353 (1) 212 4290, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
  • eCommerce SCA Challenge services 
  •  
  • Apple and Google Pay transactions
  • PTSB ATMs
  • ATM Transactions
  • PTSB Visa Debit Card Transactions (in-store, online and mobile payments)
  • Automated telephone banking service
  • Apple and Google pay provisioning and all Credit Card transactions
