1. What will happen to my cashback still owed after the service closes?

Although access to GoREWARDS will end on 18th September 2021, Visa’s system will still process and reward all qualifying transactions for purchases made on or before 17th September 2021, even if they are still pending at the time of the programme’s end. Additionally, we will continue to provide customer support and can receive queries until 18th November 2021.

2. Can I still earn cashback until 17th September 2021?

Yes – you can continue to use GoREWARDS to view and redeem offers as you normally would, and any qualifying purchases for offers redeemed on or before 17th September 2021, will still earn cashback.

3. What happens if I have a query after 18th September 2021 about any cashback I received or should have received prior to this date?

If you do have any cashback queries, firstly, please double-check that your purchase met the terms of the offer provided in the offer details, for instance:

  • Minimum purchase amount
  • Offer validity dates
  • Correct store location
  • Online or Instore
  • Correct card used

If your purchase met all the terms above, please submit your query below and we will investigate further.

When you get in touch with us, please provide the following information found on your receipt:

  • Date of transaction
  • Retailer name
  • Amount paid
  • Last 4 digits of the PTSB Visa card used.

For security reasons, please do not include your full card number or account details.

4. What will happen to my personal data?

We need to hold customers’ data for 90 days in order to ensure we can answer any queries from customers related to their qualifying purchases and cashbacks. In line with our Privacy Notice (section 7) once that period has ended, we will delete all data used to run the programme.
