There are fake emails in circulation claiming to be from multiple courier companies informing customers that their delivery of goods has failed and must pay €2.20 to have it rescheduled. These emails require customers to enter their Card details. Customers are also required to enter the authorisation code received from their Bank. Please see email example below:

"Due to missing information, we have been unable to deliver your parcel "inserts tracking number".

We require additional information should you choose to attempt redelivery, as the address provided does not exist or cannot be found by our delivery driver.

Currently, your parcel is being stored in our local depot. However, if action is not taken by 24.04.2020, it will be returned to the sender.

Please select one of the following options:

  • Update delivery address
  • Track your parcel

You will be charged for any attempted redelivery, as two attempts to deliver have already been made.
If you would prefer, you may also collect your parcel directly from our depot at [insert name of courier company here] warehouse (insert address here).

If you’d like to contact us directly, please do not respond to this automated email.
Instead, contact us via our contact form.
