Wednesday 1 May 2024 is a European bank holiday. As such, no electronic Euro payments can be made to bank accounts on this day due to the Euro clearing and settlement system being closed.
In order to avoid a delay in your payments due to be processed on the 1 May, we advise you to submit payments such as salaries or bill payments before Midday on Tuesday 30 April.
This should ensure that beneficiary accounts are updated (credited) on Tuesday 30 April.
Please note, transactions between two PTSB accounts (excluding Credit Cards) are not affected.
