Adobe Flash is no longer available to download or update since December 31, 2020. As a result, Internet browsers have now disabled Flash Player from running in the background. Adobe strongly recommends uninstalling Flash Player from your system immediately as it no longer receives any updates or patches which may restrict/change your daily browsing habits or even become hazardous for your system. To uninstall Flash, follow the steps below.
Uninstall Flash Player for Windows
- Download the Flash Player uninstaller file.
- Close all programs and browsers that use Flash Player.
- Open the uninstaller application that you've just downloaded and follow the prompts.
- Press the Windows key + R to start Run and type the following path: C:\Windows\system32\Macromed\Flash.
- A new window (folder) will appear. Delete all files within this window (folder).
- Repeat Steps 4 and 5 with the following paths:
- C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash
- %appdata%\Adobe\Flash Player
- %appdata%\Macromedia\Flash Player
- Confirm Flash Player has been removed by selecting "Check Now").
Uninstall Flash Player for Mac iOS
Method 1
- Locate the Adobe Flash Player Install Manager. To do this,
- Navigate to the top of the screen.
- Click "Go", then click "Utilities".
- In the Utilities folder, find and click on the Adobe Flash Player Install Manager application.
- Click Uninstall (you may be asked to enter your password to begin the uninstallation process).
- The uninstallation application will then prompt you to close browsers and applications that use Flash Player, or you can close them manually.
- Confirm Flash Player has been removed by selecting "Check Now").
Method 2
- Check which Mac OS version your mac is running on.
- Run the uninstaller applicable to your Mac OS version:
- Download the Adobe Flash Player uninstaller (please note: The uninstaller will appear in the Downloads folder of your browser by default):
- Run the unistall programme and follow the prompts.
- Delete the following directories:
- <home directory>/Library/Preferences/Macromedia/Flash\Player
- <home directory>/Library/Caches/Adobe/Flash\Player

Download your .csv statements via the PTSB App
You can download 6 to 9 month statements through the PTSB App. Don't have the app? Download it today. Once you have access to the PTSB App, following the steps below:
- Navigate to the account you wish to download the .csv statement.
- Scroll to the bottom of the Transaction List for the account selected.
- Select "Show More Transactions".
- Verify your PAN. Once verified you'll be brought back your account.
- On the account page, select the three dotted button on the top right hand side of the page.
- Select "Download Transactions".
- A window will pop up saying: "Download Transactions. Your chosen transactions will download in .csv format in app. For security reasons do not share with anybody else and delete when you are finished with it."
- Select "continue" and then select the location to where you want to save your transactions.
