As a result of adverse weather conditions and associated Branch closures, we are aware that some of our customers may have been unable to lodge funds to their accounts to meet outgoing payments. This may have resulted in referral, unpaid or visa credit card late payment fees being incurred between Wednesday February 28th, and Friday March 2nd.
In acknowledgement of this issue, all such fees applied to Permanent TSB accounts between Wednesday February 28th, and Friday March 2nd will be refunded over the coming days. Refunds will be processed automatically to all affected customer accounts and therefore there is no requirement to contact your Branch or Open 24 to request same.
