On December 04 2023 there will be a mandatory security update in the PTSB app, to provide the highest level of security and safety to our customers. Please ensure you update to the latest software available on your device and the latest app version available in your app store before this date, otherwise you will need to login using your Open24 number, password and PAN again.
This also means from December 4th 2023, Apple iOS 12 devices (or below) will no longer be compatible with the PTSB app and you will need to update your software to iOS 13 or above, to continue using the app. For instructions on how to update visit the Apple support website here.
If you have an Apple device iOS 12 or below, you may need to download the app on a new compatible device (iOS 13 or above). Alternatively you can continue to carry out your online banking through Open24.ie on desktop.
We’re continuously working to enhance our digital banking services for our customers. In order for us to keep improving, we’ll need to update our app from time to time to provide you with an overall better digital banking experience.
PTSB will never message you via sms or email with a link to update your app or your online banking security.
