As part of our Diversity and Inclusion journey, we are demonstrating this commitment by supporting the WorkEqual campaign through a three year partnership to promote gender equality in workplaces across Ireland. The WorkEqual campaign, which is NGO-led and runs every November, aims to raise awareness of workplace gender inequalities and related issues – and develop solutions to address these.

As part of the 2020 campaign, our CEO Eamonn Crowley sat down with founder of WorkEqual, Sonya Lennon, to discuss the importance of D&I and gender equality in Permanent TSB, the challenges facing organisations when it comes to gender equality and the impact of COVID on this journey.
